Nutrition + Exercise = Results

The method to “losing fat” and “toning up” is simple: eat real food, not too much, and burn more calories than you consume. Burning more calories does not mean doing cardio exercises for hours on end. Cardio burns calories but it doesn’t burn fat. The way to burn fat is to build muscle which means lifting weights. Increasing lean muscle mass helps you lose fat by increasing your metabolism and in turn burning more calories.
